Yes you can. As long as the order hasn't been shipped you can make changes. Just email your request to email@example.com.
Why was my order cancelled? We normally send an explanation when we initiate a cancelled order. We will cancel any order where the product has been discontinued and/or we will not be able to get it shipped out to you within 10 business days. We will also cancel any order deemed fraudulent
Where do I enter the coupon code during the checkout process?
Once you've added all the items to your cart, click the 'checkout' button. You'll then be directed to the 'Customer Information Page'. On the right side of this page, all of the items in your cart will be displayed. Below the items in your cart, there is a section labelled 'discount'; this is where you would enter your coupon code. Please see the screen shot below.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
It says I qualify for free shipping, but once I go through the checkout process, it charges me for shipping. Why is that?
Our system is set up to wave shipping costs once your order subtotal is $100 CAD or more (before taxes and after applicable discounts). If the system informed you that your order qualified for free shipping it was because your subtotal was $100 or more. However, if you apply a discount code (ie., BOXINGDAY16), and your subtotal decreases to less than $100 CAD, then your order no longer qualifies for free shipping. At that point, shipping charges will be applied to your order. In order to take advantage our free shipping promo, your subtotal needs to be $100 or more after applicable discounts and before taxes. How much will it cost to ship my order? We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (before taxes) within Canada. If you require faster delivery, the best method of getting an estimated shipping cost is to add all the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart page, input the province, and area code of where you will be shipping to and an estimated shipping cost will be provided.
Residents of Ontario are subject to Provincial Sales Tax and G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax). The sales taxes will be added to all purchases upon checkout with a shipment address within the Province of Ontario. Residents in other Provinces are subject to G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax) and any other applicable taxes of their province. Customers are required to submit any applicable taxes to the governing party in their location if we have not collected it from them.
